The Visual Archive is an alternative exhibition space. It consists of a number of artists' works that we have collected, and that we use as references to our texts, presentations, and seminars. The aim of this space is to help systematize the discourse produced for artist production, with a particular focus on gender, feminist practice, public space, and technology. The purpose of this exhibition space is also to stimulate discussion among colleagues about their work and methods. We hope that the Centre's visual archive can be a point of encounter with the contemporary artistic production and a place of inspiration in order to further speculate on the changing aspects of feminist theory and practice as well as the possible ways of visualizing, documenting and presenting these aspects.
